1.
COMPLETE SANDWICH
Choose the sliced bread you prefer and spread a mixture of mayonnaise with a little mustard on one of the slices and season it with the bacon powder. You can prepare this sauce in a cup beforehand. Then, place several arugula leaves, a slice of the semi-soft cheese that you like the most, a little smoked turkey and half a hard-boiled egg cut into slices. Take another slice and this time spread it on both sides with the sauce. And reassemble everything that was already in the previous layer in the same order, ending with another slice spread with sauce only on the inside of the sandwich. You can cut it into 2 triangles before serving.
2.
SURPRISE CEVICHE
This recipe has 2 ingredients that you will have to get in the destination you travel to, but that is the fun of preparing it and hence the name we have given it. You will need to buy a white meat fish, preferably, where you are. Near the sea, we are sure that it will not be difficult for you to find good fresh fish. If they can clean it for you on the spot, the better. Before returning back to the boat, also choose a fruit from that country, the more exotic the better. Once in the kitchen, you should wash the loins of your fish a little with water and cut it into cubes. Then, inside a bowl, you put those pieces of fish and leave them marinating with lime juice, covered with plastic wrap and reserve them in the refrigerator. It's time to peel your washed fruit and cut it into small cubes. Do the same with the red onion. Chop the cilantro and prepare a few kikos that will give it a crunchy touch. When you have finished preparing everything, take the bowl with the fish out of the refrigerator and mix with the rest. Don't throw away the lime juice, which together with extra virgin oil and salt will be the natural sauce for your ceviche. Serve accompanied by several tortilla chips.
3.
EXPRESS TIRAMISU
Make a good amount of coffee and let it cool in a deep plate. Whip heavy cream with a hand mixer. If it is very cold, it can be assembled quickly without the need for any machine. Mix that already whipped cream with the same amount of mascarpone cheese. Then, moisten several flat sponge cakes in the cold coffee and place them at the bottom of the container in which you will serve the dessert. You can make tiramisus in individual glasses for each person. After that layer of biscuits, add a layer with the cream and cheese mixture. Repeat as many layers as you want and let the last one be the cream you have prepared. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it prepared in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Then, just before serving, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. And voila! A warning: if minors are going to eat it, make sure the coffee is decaffeinated...
