Extra payments:
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter: food and beverages for the Charter Party, port and marina fees, fuel for tender operated water toys (donut, water ski, wakeboard, jet ski), personal laundry, delivery/ redelivery fee if any, national park entrances and anything else that guests might need or require while on charter.
VAT: 13% from the charter price
A strict set of accounts is held by the captain throughout the charter and any funds not spent are refunded to the client in full. APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment to a shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, commission of 1.5% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.

Terms of payment: 50% at booking confirmation, 50% forty fife days before charter commencement
Fuel for navigation approx. 3000 €/week is charged from the APA
Crew gratuities are customary and not in the price included (usually varies from 10% to 15% of the charter fee)
The price does not include: transfers from/to the airports, hotels.
Leisure equipment: 2 kayaks, water ski, seabob, ringo, 4 x SUP, snorkelling equipment, wake board,
fishing equipment, board games, donut, tender boat with outboard engine – Yamaha 7m 150hp (12
pax), mini tender boat Yamaha 3m 20hp, Sea Doo 130hp, LCD TV, DVD/CD player, WiFi, Nintendo,
PlayStation 4, board games, cards, telescope, JOBE platform 4x2m and Cinema screen on sundeck.
To drive a Wave Runner in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Wave Runner. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Wave Runner if one does not have a license with him/her
