Located in Gouvia Marina, the Corfu harbour base is one of the most important on the Ionian Islands. Those wishing to set out from Corfu need to bear in mind that doing so involves two extra internal flights, and that it is advisable to spend a night in a hotel upon arrival on the island (Friday is the best day to arrive, in order to begin preparing on Saturday morning).
