Denia - Denia : between Formentera and Ibiza (7 days - 170 mn)

Formentera port is situated just a few minutes from the best beaches and harbors of the Mediterranean Sea. Ibiza's port is one of the most emblematic places. This port is located at the foot of the walls of Ibiza where an old district of fishermen's houses was situated, called la Marina. Today, many of these houses were turned into shops and bars. This is one of the best places to meet people of all nationalities. Puerto de Ibiza – one big show, where you can find everything from beautiful and old hippie market, survived through many decades, to all kind of open end expressive nightlife residents of Ibiza.

This beach breathing stillness and serenity is a 2 km. long curve of fine sand surrounded by pine trees and dunes. The entrance to the sea has a very gentle slope, we can get many meters in without get water to cover us or swim in the shallow pools. In the rocky inlet one can sit and watch the islets of Freud's. There is the option of small catamaran rental in Ses Salinas for those who like water splashing.
This beach is named after the ancient salinera which is a few hundred meters away in an inconspicuous area and not very showy from the beach itself. In this place there is a pier with houses that keep the island spirit. An exclusive place that few know about.

To finish our trip, we sail to the south-west of the island, opposite the Cala d'Hort. Es Vedrà with other seven islands forms the Parque de Cala Es d'Hort and Es Vedrà, which are considered the natural resort since 2002. People say it has magical abilities. Some say that they had visions there, and some even claimed that it could be part of the second "Bermuda Triangle." It is believed that the magnetic force of the island is so strong that it disorients birds flying over it.
