Charter Rates:
All rates are weekly rates quoted in EURO and are plus all expenses (+ VAT + APA).
Embarkation times:
Embarkation and disembarkation are usually 12:00 to 12:00. Alternative times can be arranged subject to yachts availability before and after the charter. Please enquire should you have a special request.
Included in charter rates:
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the vessel with all its equipment in working order (All particulars are given in good faith and are believed to be correct but cannot be guaranteed.); tools; stores; cleaning materials and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck, galley and cabins; laundry of ship’s linen; the crew’s wages, uniform and food; the insurance of the Vessel and crew.
Not Included:
The Charterer will pay, at cost, for all other expenses. These include, but are not limited to, shore side transport for guest party, fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tenders and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charterer’s Party; berthing dues and other harbour charges divers’ fees, customs formalities and any charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; ships’ agents’ fees where applicable; personal laundry; Charter Party communications including internet use (if not included in the charter fee), and hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed onboard at the Charterer’s request.
APA: Advance Provisioning Allowance
(APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter used to cover the costs of requested supplies, port fees, mooring, diesel and fuel consumption, communications (if necessary), and any extras occurring during the charter. It depends on guests request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. Our APA is online for each charterer, to be viewed at any time during their cruise. The link for the APA will be sent with the boarding instructions. APA varies from 20% to 40% depending on the yacht.
Any outstanding accounts will be settled with the Captain, onboard and in cash prior to disembarkation. In case clients receive an A.P.A. refund, this will be wired on the first business day following the Charterer’s disembarkation.
VAT (Value added tax)
VAT is currently 12 and 13% in Greece. If any changes in VAT occur prior to the commencement of the charter, then this cost will be paid extra by the charterer with the balance payment or in case of decreased VAT rate the final payment will be reduced or any overpaid funds will be credited to the client's APA.
Itineraries:
Itineraries are subject to weather conditions, if for circumstances this prevents sailing to a certain planned area, the captain will aim to do his best — but ultimately, he is responsible for the guests’ safety and the safety of the boat.
