Services and inclusions/extras are the same like above except use of Tea and coffee that will be charged @35 eur per pax/week, if group want ( this is extra charge)
Obligatory supplements:
Tourist taxes and fees for clients, € 50,00 per person/week, to be paid on board in cash or can be added to invoice increase for 25% VAT
Drinks at the bar – to be paid on the spot after the cruise as per consumption.
Drinks are not allowed to bring from outside on board.
Tips for crew and cruise manager – to be paid on the spot
Fuel price change supplement:
Date of concluding Contract is baseline price of the diesel liter (for example 1.803 Eur).
We can accept increase of maximum 10% of this diesel costs and in case that fuel goes up group need to cover difference on the spot. Ship fuel consumption is 2.500 liters per week.
Extra services – not obligatory to have:
Professional English (or any other language) speaking cruise manager on board @1.000 eur per cruise manager/week
Professional guides for city tours ( Trogir, Split, Hvar, Korčula, Dubrovnik..), up to 2 hours @100 eur per tour/guide
Transfers for city tours of Šibenik, Trogir, Split, Hvar and Korčula is not needed as boat will dock in historical core.
Transfer in Dubrovnik is needed as ship will dock in Gruž Port, return transfer by coach in Dubrovnik with Pile (Historical City Gate) stop fee included cost @400 eur per coach/return transfer
Baby chair and baby cot rental with linens @50 eur/week/child ( on the spot)
Live music entertainment @400 eur for 2 hours
Captain’s dinner with welcome drink, 4 course meals @35 eur/pax/meal
Additional meal ( above 7xHB and Captain dinner) on board @50 eur/pax/meal and only on request
Usually, groups take a package of Cruise manager, City tours of Split, Trogir, Hvar, Korčula, and Dubrovnik with loco transfer to Old Town Dubrovnik from port and back and this all cost 1.900,00 eur in total. Entrance fees to National Park Mljet and Biševo Blue Cave pax can pay on the spot if clients want to enter!

Optional shore excursions, like Konavle Countryside, Vis Island, Krka National Park, Olive oil and wine tasting tours, Ston Oyster excursion etc.

Private car, minivan or coach transfers in all destinations and airports
Charter payment & cancellation conditions:
1st deposit 20% to be paid by week after reconfirmation/Contract
2rd deposit 30% to be paid by 15th January 2024
Balance to be paid 10 weeks before departure
Each paid deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If deposit is not pay on time agency reserves the right to cancel booking in full.
Disclaimers:
Due specific mooring conditions and requirements in Croatian ports ships are moored side by side, making it necessary for clients to cross from one ship to another with gaps between ships in order to get to the shore. In such cases clients need to take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given for the ones that request it.
If group want to have overnight’s in a bay and transfer with ship tender ( or outsourcing ship) to town and back cost is 1.500 eur per one night that is payable to Captain on the spot in cash.
This is strictly Captain decision if can be done or not on the spot.
Ports of departures are Dubrovnik, Split, Šibenik and Zadar.
One way delivery fee is included in price.
Embarkation starts first day at 13:00 hours or later if group request embarkation to be at different port, as we have to allow empty-run time to relocate ship.
In this case we can offer optional excursion while waiting ship to come to pier.
Disembarkation is at 09:00 hours on last day of the cruise.
If by chance, due to the official restrictions of the Government of Croatia, the cruise is unable and impossible to be done, we offer a full refund.
This do not include fact if clients get Covid 19 before arrival to cruise or they have travel restrictions, this will be considered as no show.
We recommend that you take your own insurance against cancellation of reserved services.
Drink packages:
If group want, we can offer following drink packages (this can be booked for whole group or for nobody):
Drink package with meals include 0,20 litres of vine, or 0,50 l. beer or juice + coffee for all and price is @6 eur per meal.
All-inclusive package can be done in two versions:
Standard all-inclusive package:
Croatian wines on tap, Bottled house wine, beer on tap, Croatian spirits, soft drinks, natural, mineral water, juices @ 350,00 Eur per person/week
Premium all-inclusive package:
All drinks on the bar price list (including all sort of wines) except Moet & Chandon Champagne @ 550,00 Eur per person/week
Persons under 18 years cannot have alcoholic drinks and they have 50% off price.
Bar is open from 09:00-23.00 hours
